Joseph H. Driscoll IV

Joe Driscoll grew up in Laconia. A graduate of Laconia High School, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Government at the College of William and Mary. He received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where he worked in the Prosecutor's Clinic. Returning to New Hampshire, Joe worked as a Special Assistant County Attorney for the Belknap County Attorney's office under James Carroll. From there, Joe spent three years as a criminal defense practitioner before joining Martin, Lord & Osman in 2013. He served on the Genesis Behavioral Health Board of Directors as both Governance Committee Chair and VP. Joe's area of practice focuses on General Civil Litigation (Plaintiff and Defense Representation), Personal Injury, Real Estate and Construction/Contract Disputes, Criminal Law, Municipal Law, and Land Use Zoning.
 
Joe has strong ties to the community. He has served on the City of Laconia Zoning Task Force and is a member of the Weirs Action Committee. He is the Genesis Behavioral Health Board of Director Governance Committee Chair. Joe also is Assistant Coach for Interlakes/Moultonborough Academy Boys Varsity Lacrosse team.
 
In his down time, Joe enjoys motorcycles, water skiing, kayaking, alpine skiing, golf, and spending time with his boxer Holli.
